Meet the founder and Head Coach

Eshefolade (Eshe) Reid is an Elite Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and Senior Wellness Consultant with years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Eshefolade has built a reputation for her holistic approach to wellness, combining personalized fitness plans, nutrition coaching, and targeted wellness strategies to help clients achieve lasting results.

She specializes in working with a wide range of clients, from seniors to athletes, and understands that each individual has unique needs and goals. Eshe’s passion lies in empowering individuals to take control of their health, whether it’s through strength training, functional fitness, or healthy eating habits.

In addition to her personal training and nutrition coaching, Eshe is a Senior Wellness Consultant who works closely with healthcare providers to create programs that help seniors maintain an active, independent, and healthy lifestyle. She leads workshops and seminars that focus on the importance of functional fitness, mobility, nutrition and mental well-being for older adults.

Her group fitness classes are known for their energy and inclusiveness, where participants of all levels feel supported, motivated, and encouraged. Eshe’s expertise in injury prevention, wellness education, and behavior change allows her to guide clients through every step of their fitness journey.

When she’s not training clients or leading classes, Eshe is passionate about educating her community on the power of wellness and the connection between physical health, mental clarity, and overall quality of life. Whether working one-on-one or with a group, Eshe’s clients can always expect personalized attention, a caring approach, and measurable results.

This program has one overarching goal; to lower your A1C. This is done by teaching moms holistic, natural, sustainable methods to lower their A1C by several points in twelve (12) weeks.

The ultimate goal is to eliminate medication and to let the body heal itself. This approach includes a plan, expert advice, group motivation and accountability. My mission is to serve by showing other what “self- love” looks like in action.
